- Log on to: Cart.truetvnow.com
- Click on "forgot password" - You must enter your email address to reset your password and access your account (if the system does not recognize your email, please email us to reset your account. You would need to provide us your name, email address and phone number)
- Once you have entered your account, please verify your email and phone number.
- Click on "store" and renew your service for your preferred option. (i.e. 1 month or 3 months for a discounted price.) If you have already paid using the website truetvgo.com simply order a 1 day trial that way you can get your login credentials and we will transfer your payment to the new app. Your payment will be applied after the 1 day trial.
- Once you have completed the above, you will receive an email with your service I.D., username, and password.
- You will also receive a link on how to download the new TrueTv app experience for your specific device.
- Once you have completed the above steps, you will always have quick and easy access to your account via computer, tablet, or phone.
- If you had placed an order prior to installing the information your payment will be transferred to the new app.
HOW TO INSTALL THE APPS?
Determine which device you are trying to install the app on. Please refer to following appropriate installer:
Firestick
- Visit your settings and uninstall any apps you're not using.
- Go to the setting from your home screen>Device or MyFireTV>Developer Options> turn "on" apps from from unknown sources. (newer firestick you can skip this step and as you download the app it will automatically take you to your settings to turn on unknown sources)
- If you have a 4k firestick max while in the settings click on about then click on 4k fire TV stick 8 times first.
- Download the "Downloader" app
- Open the "downloader" app
- Allow downloader access to your photo and files.
- While on the home tab of downloader type in https://bit.ly/apphost
- click install
- Click open
- enter the service ID, username & password that has been emailed to you.

- First open a browser on the device.
- visit your account at cart.truetvnow.com
- Open the menu tab.
- Click on help
- click on downloads
- If you're looking to add the app to an apple product, TV, computer press on the Generic App and it will automatically install.
- If the device is an Android press on the Android link and it will automatically install.
