HOW TO INSTALL THE APPS?

Determine which device you are trying to install the app on. Please refer to following appropriate installer:

1. Firestick

  1. Go to the setting from your home screen>Device or MyFireTV>Developer Options> turn "on" apps from from unknown sources
  2. Download the "Downloader" app
  3. Open the "downloader" app
  4. type in --->   http://bit.ly/soplay251    on the HOME section of the downloader app
  5. click install
  6. Click open
  7. Under username/password enter the login information that has been emailed to you. 

1. Smart phones, Android devices and Tablets

  • For android devices Download SoPlay from your play store
  • For IOS apple phones Download SoPlayer from the app store. (Currently not working)

1. Gaming Consoles

  1. Email us the mac number (send us the MAC for which option you use your device wired or wireless) and serial number of your gaming console.
  • You can find the mac (please email us the mac you use wired or wireless) by going to setting>network>advance settings
  • You can find the serial number on a sticker in the bottom of your gaming console
  1. Finally on go in to a browser and type in -----> https://sotv.norago.tv/wbs 
  2. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LOGIN UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT WE HAVE ADDED YOUR DEVICE TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
  3. Sign in using the login mac number and serial number.
Smart Samsung and LG TV's
  • Search for Soplayer app on you TV's app store.

After you have downloaded SoPlayer press where it says "username/password". Next make sure you have purchased your subscription at https://truetvgo.com/collections/all page. After you have placed your order you will be emailed your providerID, Username and password. You are now ready to enjoy True TV!!

 

What countries does it work in?

Yes it works worldwide. Anywhere you have an internet connection.

How to remove or change device?

“Can I change and replace my active device?”

Yes! You can definitely change and remove device.

Device Codes: Unused Device Link Codes will expire after a period of time for security reasons. Email us at support@truetvgo.com and we will email you a new code within 2-3 hours. Device Code Expiration is not related to when your subscription expires.

To unlink/remove device you will need to contact us via email. We will remove it on our system.

How to renew my subscription?
  1. Go to https://truetvgo.com/collections/all and click on order now and purchase your new subscription.
  2. We will renew your subscription. 
Can I use it anywhere?

No, you can only access and enjoy the service using the same IP/internet for all 3 devices.

Helpful Hints!

We offer great products and service but in some small cases channels or complete service might buffer to reset. Here are some helpful hints to minimize buffering:

  1. Verify that you are receiving good to great wifi service in the areas you are planning to have your devices (firestick, firetv or Android box) unless you are planning to hard wire your device. You can verify how strong is your service by using 1 of many free services or apps EX: speedtest.net.
  2. If your channels are not working please troubleshoot your modem as most times its an issue with your modem or wifi.
